Today McKennlie is starting to show more signs of movement. We are so proud of every little thing she does. She has been opening her eyes a bit, but is not focusing on anything yet. She is holding stable with her vitals. She is reacting to noise and pain which we think is great. The doctors are not super positive, but we are. We are going to continue in faith, because our sweet girl's time is not over. McKennlie can do this with our Heavenly Fathers help. Thank you for your prayers and love. We love you all and so appreciate your support.

Bubba and I spent the past 3 days on a trek with the youth in our stake. I spent many many miles pulling a handcart and had a lot of time to ponder. Your sweet family frequented my thoughts often and I just couldn't imagine how hard this must be for you. twice I borrowed a cell phone from someone who got reception so I could have someone check this blog for me. I was consumed by heartache for the sweet pioneers who sacrificed so much so that we could have this gospel. And you are now pioneering through your own huge trial. I'm so so very proud of you and Chris and your amazing faith and hope. I gained a huge testimony of the love that our Heavenly Father has for us amid challenges and trials. I know we can lean on him for strength, and he will hear our prayers and comfort us! Keep trekking and please know that we are praying for your sweet little family. You are all amazingly strong and we love you more than we can express. We witnessed an amazing miracle on the trek and I KNOW that MIRACLES DO HAPPEN! And we are praying for yours! LOVE YA Paige
