Today was another good one. McKennlie is getting so much stronger and is able to do so much more each day. She is loving her new wheel chair and is going to be flying around the halls in it in no time. McKennlie was able to have her feeding tube pulled today! Woooohooooo! Last tube! She is working on her hand eye coordination. Tonight for dinner she had spaghetti and meatballs and pancakes! We are just so happy she is eating all on her own with no tube. On Sunday McKennlie has a ride pass and their family will all be gone from the hospital after 3 pm. We are so happy with McKennlie's progress and everyday is a whole new set of miracles!

Yay! Yay! Yay! You enjoy that ride pass! Keep working hard so they give you a ride pass home! There's not a day go by that I don't think about you guys and ask Heavenly Father to do the same. Keep up the great work McKennlie you are awesome at doing hard things!

Hooray for progress every day! It is so awesome that all the tubes are gone!! Extremely happy for you all to have a ride pass. It will be so nice to get out of the hospital for a little while!! Enjoy that time! Before you know it McKennlie will be going home and sleeping in her own bed! Keep working hard~ it's paying off!
ReplyDeleteHooray! It has been so inspirational and faith-building to read about McKennlie's recovery. She is such a special girl, and we are so grateful for Heavenly Father's hand in her life. Our hopes and prayers continue to he with her and with all the Provost family, hoping you can all come home really soon.
